Cancellation Policy

Our Cancellation policies and procedures are as follows:

1. To avoid charges, please honour our cancellation policy.
2. Credit card details are required to secure an appointment. If not suitable, a deposit will be required.
3. Clients who wish to change, or cancel their appointment, are kindly requested to provide 24 hours notice, or the full cost of the appointment will be charged.

Deposits are refundable as follows:

  100% Refund Cancelled 7 days prior to arrival
  50% Refund Cancelled 4 days prior to arrival
  25% Refund Cancelled 1 day prior to arrival
  0% Refund for a “no show”

Amendments to a booking involving the booked date/s are considered to be cancellations.
Bookings may be guaranteed by the means of a credit card in lieu of an actual deposit.
